A Microsoft engineer told the system that the system was disabled, which was caused by a bug encountered on the company's activation server, and everything should be back to normal within a few hours. The failure seems to affect Windows 10 version 1809 and version 1803, and most users said they upgraded from Windows 7 or 8.1 during the 2015 free upgrade event.
